Training Workshop on AC Business Planning

Tweel staff and two BOD member of the Farmer and Nature Net Association (FNN) took part the three-day training workshop on AC business planning. This training workshop was organized by DanChurchAid (DCA) from 16 to 18 June 2022, at the Emerald Hotel, Battambang province. They learned the business concept, vision and mission, marketing, sale, business planning including market analysis and cash flow and developed two business plans for milled rice production and grilled chicken shop. After the training the trained staff are committed to facilitate AC executives to develop their business plans. The AC business plan can help ACs to access loans from domestic and international financial institutions for scaling up their business.
