Study Visit to AC on Contract Farming

With financial support from the Mekong Region Land Governance (MRLG), FNN led a 3-day study tour on contract farming in Preah Vihear province (April 7-9, 2025), with 22 participants (7 women), including:

• Representative of the Board of Directors of the Farmers and Nature Network Association.
• Representatives of Agricultural Cooperatives who are implementing agricultural production under contract farming.

3-    Representative of the Mekong Regional Land Governance (MRLG) Project4-    Representative of the Cambodian Partnership for Rural Human Resources Development (CamboDhrra) project. 5-    Staff of the Farmers and Nature Network Association The Study Tour aims to 1) learn about governance and management, as well as the procedures for organizing, implementing, and impacting contract farming of Agricultural Cooperative under the coordination of the Preah Vihear Meanchey Agricultural Community; 2) study the procedures for resolving disputes or conflicts in the implementation of the contract farming of the Preah Vihear Agriculture Cooperative Union, Agriculture Cooperatives, and the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Preah Vihear Province; and 3) collect key inputs related to contract farming improving strategic plans to support communities under its umbrella to implement contract farming production better.
