Election of Farmer Representative for IFAD-Project Steering Committee

The National Implementing Agency (NIA) facilitated to organize the National Advisory Committee (NAC) meeting on February 14, 2024 at Sunway Hotel. The meeting aim at electing farmer representative for being a member of IFAD-Project Steering Committee (IFAD-PSC). There were 23 participants of which five are women participated in the meeting. The process of electing farmer representative for PSC is a part of the meeting and was fairly organized. Through the electing process, Mr. Nel Sopheap, who is a Chairman of Board of Director of Federation of Cambodian Farmer Organization for Development (FCFD) and Leader of NAC, has been elected as a farmer representative for IFAD-PSC.
