FNN Joined Meeting on NGO Law

FNN president, Mr. Uon Sophal, and FNN Executive Director, Mr. Pan Sopheap, joined a meeting on NGL law with civil society groups on December 29, 2010, at Building Community Voice (BCV) office in Phnom Penh.
