Contract Farming between Agriculture Cooperative and Khmer Organic Cooperative

FNN, in cooperation with DCA, has implemented Rural Employment for COVID-19 Economic Recovery (RECOVER) project in five provinces (e.g. Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Battambang, Siem Reap, and Kampong Thom province). The project is co-funded by the European Union.  In September 22, 2023, FNN organized contract farming signing ceremony at the provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishery (PDAFF), Kampong Thom province. There were total of 32 participants who came from Agriculture Cooperatives (ACs), DCA, Khmer Organic Cooperative (KOC), PDAFF, and FNN, attended the event. There were ACs (e.g. Sralao Samaki Chokchey, Prem Reak Chamroeurn, and Sambo Meas Meas Meanchey) signed contract farming with KOC. Each AC agreed to supply 300 Kgs of organic vegetable per week to KOC.
