18th Annual General Assembly

Up to date, FNN is already 18 years of age since it was officially established in 2006. FNN, on the 8^th of September 2022, held its 18^th Annual General Assembly (GA) for the 7^th Mandate, at Kanak Metheavy Restaurant​ (The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia), Phnom Penh. There were 72 participants attended the GA. Among them included 18 BOD members of FNN, 40 Agriculture Cooperative (AC) representatives, and 14 FNN staff (including management team and project officers). The GA aimed at reflecting the significant achievement of FNN including financial management, reviewing FNN by-law, and electing new Chairperson, BOD members and Executive Director of the FNN for the 7^th mandate (2003-2025). The election of new BOD resulted as follows:

1. Mr. Seu Rany, new Chairperson of the FNN’s BOD,
2. Ms. Khuorn Sey, First Vice Chairperson of FNN’s BOD,
3. Mr. Seng Sambath, Second Vice Chairperson of FNN’s BOD, and
4. Mr. Sem Bunly, Treasurer of FNN’s BOD.

The new leaders and members of FNN’s BOD discussed election of new FNN’s Executive Director in consultation with AC representatives during the GA. As a result, they all totally agreed to re-elect Mr. Pan Sopheap, former FNN’s ED, to continue and hold position of FNN’s Executive Director for the 7^th Mandate.
